We had a great response to our Texas Tour – the largest program we have ever seen in Houston! Thanks for your response everyone.
What was the Texas tour? See details below…
Sahaja Yoga Meditation is a simple method of achieving a natural state of balance and inner peace through Kundalini awakening. The practice of this meditation makes an individual resistant to stress, depression and anxiety.
Sahaja Yoga is always free and open to everyone.
Sahaja Yoga presents ‘Realize Texas Tour’ these holidays. Free events will be held in Austin, Dallas, San Antonio and Houston from Dec 27th to Jan 6th. An energetic group of Sahaja Yoga Meditation practitioners from all over the USA will participate in this tour for offering free meditation demonstrations and lessons to the general public with scheduled and impromptu stops in the four Texas cities.
The tour is set to stay in Houston from 4th Jan to 6th Jan. The Sahaja Yoga chapter of Houston has scheduled a program for general public at Robinson Westchase Library (3223 Wilcrest Dr., Houston, TX – 77042) on Saturday, Jan 5th between 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM. During this program people will be given actual experience of meditation and will be taught how to balance themselves with simple meditation and joyful music. This program will be open for public and free of charge.
